Campfire Carol Service

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to invite you and your children to our popular annual Group Campfire Carol Service at Merrow Scout HQ, on Friday 11th December 2015 from 7.00pm until 8.00pm.
We will be singing well known Carols and Christmas songs around the campfire.
The event is free and there will be hot dogs, mulled wine, hot drinks, squash and marshmallows on sticks for a donation. We would be really grateful if people could offer to bring mince pies and biscuits home baked or shop bought). In the interest of safety and cost could you please bring your own campfire mugs or plastic tumblers to drink from.
Carol sheets will be provided but please bring a torch to read.
So please come along and join for a fun evening. We really look forward to seeing you.
